Are you the person who makes sure everything around that runs smoothly?

As our Office Manager, you keep things organized — from inventory and purchasing to visitors and team activities. You bring structure, clarity, and a friendly touch — so the team can stay fully focused on building the future.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep our inventory stocked and organized; manage purchasing and payments
• Handle shipments, mail, and deliveries—nothing gets lost under your watch
• Coordinate office maintenance with the building management and contractors
• Welcome visitors, manage key cards, and oversee access
• Manage the office inbox and phone—making sure messages land where they should
• Organize team events, birthdays, and celebrations (you love creating great moments)
• Book travel for team members and handle logistics with a smile
• Support HR with posting vacancies, initial screenings, and onboarding/offboarding staff

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum MBO-level education, preferably in office management, administration, or facility services
• A structured, reliable, and proactive approach—you see what needs to be done and make it happen
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• A hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly

We're building the future of smartglasses—and we need curious minds to help shape it.

At our Rotterdam headquarters, we're developing a proprietary manufacturing process for prescription lenses tailored for Augmented Reality and smart eyewear. We’re a small, focused team solving one of the hardest challenges in wearable tech: delivering high-precision, thin, and scalable lens systems that work seamlessly with AR displays.

We are looking to grow our Prototype Team—the core group responsible for prototyping, discovery builds for customers, and solving the technical challenges that come with being first.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn customer designs into working lens prototypes, you own the whole process from A to Z
• Validate those designs for manufacturability—optical, mechanical, and all the in-betweens
• Run structured experiments to refine, stretch, or adapt the process to new challenges
• Solve tricky problems with smart, hands-on engineering

This is lab-based, precision hardware work. If you like CAD, test benches, optics, and solving puzzles with your hands—you’ll fit right in.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• A solid technical foundation (e.g. in mechanical engineering, industrial design, applied physics, or similar).
• 3 years of hands-on experience with prototyping—optics is a big plus
• A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what’s broken
• The ability to bring structure to complex technical challenges
